Complete Nutrition, Training & Lifestyle Audit: 60-minute consult call where we review your training, nutrition, and lifestyle, and create a tailored strategy to boost your performance while optimising overall health.
Blood Lactate Profile: Initial blood lactate test to create your lactate profile and provide you and your coach with a clear and detailed report so that you can maximise energy system development resulting in you getting the most out of each session by dialling in your pacing.
Body Composition Testing: Initial body composition test to assess lean mass and fat mass, allowing us to tailor your nutrition plan to ensure optimal energy availability and macronutrient intake. This test also provides us with a baseline and helps us track progress objectively.
Sweat Rate & Sodium Loss Test: We conduct total body water loss and sodium ion testing to measure how much sodium you lose in sweat. Using these results, we create a personalised fluid and sodium intake strategy tailored to your sweat rate and sodium losses whilst training and competing in different environments, keeping you hydrated and primed for peak performance.

Performance Assessment Re-Testing
Lactate profile re-test (we re-test and create a new lactate profile for you every 12 weeks, and provide detailed reports for you and your coach so that you can re-adjust your training zones as your body adapts to training with the help of the highest quality nutrition we are providing it with).

This package is £300/month with a 3 month commitment.
